My name is Kevin Whelan and I help multi-location coworking operators generate demand, fill locations, and scale with strategic marketing activities.

Since 2017, I’ve helped dozens of coworking and flexible office operators fill their locations across multiple markets with consistency and predictability.

To do that, I offer various levels of consulting and advisory services to help you grow while remaining neutral and non-partial to any one particular tactic, team, or tool.

Since you can’t get results on strategy alone, I also help you build your marketing team by introducing you to freelancers and consultants who specialize in their individual craft.

I also help you build up your in-house AI marketing competencies so you can get even more done, faster, and more effectively than ever before.

Working with me gives you the best of individual team members working for you alongside an arsenal of ready-to-use, AI-enabled templates and systems that expand daily as I build out more things.

Unlike working with a typical full-service agency, you’ll work with seasoned marketing specialists (not junior delegates) giving you a modular team that allows you to remain nimble as your needs evolve. A point worth noting, I never mark up their time nor take a referral commission. This allows me to remain neutral about who we work with and what we do.
